Allergies:  While Play Project cannot guarantee a nut-free facility, we encourage all parents to pack a nut-free lunch and snacks for their children, as there will be participants in the camp that have nut allergies.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requires two weeks written notice prior to the start date and a $50.00 administration fee is incurred.  Camp cancellation is for full weeks only.  Individual days of camp are not refundable. Any changes to weeks of camp (switching or moving weeks) will be subject to a 5% administrative fee. Please note that by signing up for camp you are making a commitment to support Play Project in the climate of the covid-19 pandemic. Consequently, if our programming is unable to run due to a lockdown, in lieu of a refund, participants will be given the option to reallocate their registration fees to credit their account, to use their payment towards our alternative programming options (such as equipment purchases or private lessons), or to donate their payment to Play Project. If you are hesitant to invest in these alternative options, we recommend waiting to enroll in camp, provided there is space available, until we have a better idea of the status of the pandemic.

Covid-19 Camp Modifications: Play Project takes pride in providing a safe space for learning parkour, as a result our Covid-19 policy and procedures are as follows:

-Regular cleaning and disinfecting of equipment and facilities.
-Maintaining physical distancing of at least 2 metres (6 feet) or more between people, including children, their parents and co-workers (by use of ground markings).
-Campers are required to wear masks while at the facility. They will be able to take them off for water breaks, mask breaks and for eating snack and lunch.
-Practicing good hygiene, and encourage children attending the day camp to practice good hygiene (washing hands regularly throughout each day, before and after snacks/lunch and upon arriving and leaving the facility).
-Reducing the amount of high touch areas in our facility (i.e. parents sign in and out at the loading door so that there is a larger, more direct, entrance to the facility).
-Staff will be wearing personal protective equipment when physical distancing and separation cannot be maintained.
-Groups of 10 will stay separated throughout the camp day (having separate or staggered lunch, snack and game times).
-Actively screening children every day coming into camp and not allowing sick campers to come to camp.
-Proof of vaccination is no longer required for campers 12 years and older.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
