Consequently, if the competition is unable to run due to a lockdown, in lieu of a refund, participants will be able to reallocate their registration fees to donate their fee to Play Project, to credit their account, or to one of our alternative programming options (such as equipment purchases or private lessons). Skill Speed Freestyle

Description: Skill events allow athletes to showcase their ability to complete parkour challenges. Athletes do this by completing as many challenges as they can within the time limit. Athletes are not able to practice the challenges prior to their time starting. All challenges must be completed with a stick landing for three seconds.

Format: The preliminary round of the skill event will give athletes three minutes to complete five challenges, worth one point each. The fastest athlete to complete all challenges will receive one additional point. The top five athletes will move on to the finals round were each athlete will be given ten minutes to complete three more challenges.

Description: Speed events give athletes the opportunity to demonstrate how quickly they can navigate a preset course using their parkour skills. Athletes will have a small amount of practice time on the course before performing.

Format: The preliminary round will be made up of two courses, the times of which will be averaged. The five fastest athletes will move on to the finals round which will feature one final course. The fastest athlete to complete this final course is the winner of the event.

Description: Freestyle events prompt athletes to create and connect their best acrobatic parkour skills into lines of movement performed on hard equipment. Lines of movement can last up to forty five seconds in duration and are judged on difficulty, execution and creativity.

Format: Athletes will have time to create their lines prior to the preliminary round of competition. The five athletes with the highest scores after the preliminary round will move on to the finals where a second line of movements will be judged to determine the winner.
