Went diving with Mel and Ethan. Had a great time trying to clean up my websters and a-twists on my bad side. It’s really annoying that the lifeguards wont allow any backwards skills, since it would be great to work on my fulls and double fulls. I still have to take off the board standing (for knee recovery) and also no one leg take offs yet still.
After diving I went back to the gym and lifted, but didn’t want it to be too late, so only did a few sets of squats and one set of pull ups. Sets, reps and weights were as follows:
- Front Squat
3@135lb - Back Squat
5@135lb - Wide Stance Front Squat [I only did a few squats @135lb because Mel had already set that weight on the bar, I knew I wanted to front squat though so we lowered it]

After training tonight I felt good about tiring myself out physically. I felt like I had put some work in and really hit a lot of reps at the pool, so it was refreshing to feel like I can push myself again.
